Actually rewatching this season I can see clearly why Kevin did it. His aggression was building up the fast few episodes. Losing all the time. Having to dump his friends. Losing the gold villa status. During all of this we see Kevin nearly hitting Shivam multiple times. Clearly he took out his aggression through his MMA training on Shivam without thinking twice because he was angry for a long time. What is disappointing is that MTV continues to associate themselves with Kevin where he went on to do Roadies South Africa even though he leaked Kat's number and acted like a complete ass hole even during the shoot of Splitsvilla when Kat told him that there may not be a possibility of a relationship outside

Simply putting out the reality "to" the contestants, a) Shivam is a better actor than kevin, b) a better person than kevin. 'A' because he was simply being an entertainer throughout the show, for everybody reading this, there is no script, Shivam is a natural entertainer, but he is not a fool. Though looking at kevin, he is definitely not a bad human, so Ranvijay said it rightly, it was a wrong judgement in the heat of the second. BUT just to put it out there, his actions definitely proved it that shivam is a better person than him.

Kevin is a Professional fighter who is trained from the time he was a kid to fight and take down different opponents and the way jay and Nikhil were looking for him in the villa it felt as if they were looking for trouble and they both wants to end up in the hospital.
