If a plastic surgeon performed the exact same procedures on another woman, they'd look different and would be *that* woman's features. The stance some people take against plastic surgery is silly, I think. If they had the money to fix their nose or get larger breasts without making major budget sacrifices, a good percentage of them would likely consider doing it. And if it would make them happier with themselves, it would be completely fine!

Honestly looking back I’m so glad that Nilsa and Gus didn’t get in a relationship because that would’ve been another situation that she already had previously went through, Gus is extremely toxic and self entitled, so happy for her and her new significant other and their baby.🥰❣️
