They were not ideal match because makers wanted to create Tara-Sakshi-Justin drama not because Tara was her ideal match. He is probably one of the most toxic ex one can have. Also, makers wanted to save Akashlina who was dumped that night. And she was giving all the drama to the show. The very fact that Sakshi and Justin are still together and it has been 1.5 years post show, it proves that Oracle was wrong.
