There's of great matches with intriguing storylines example Johnny Gargano vs Tommaso Campia. They have ppvs a day before the big four WWE big PPV Royal Rumble, WM, Summerslam, and Survivor Series called NXT Takeover. One particular Takeover I would suggest you check out is NXT Takeover: New Orleans, Fantastic 6 men Ladder match to kick off the show, a pretty decent Women's Championship match, Good Tag Team Match with a shocking finish, an Amazing NXT Championship Match and The main event which was the match of the night a classic and brutal Street Fight between Two former best friends or you could check out NXT War Games in which they brought the WCW War Games
