If your I don't know Hindi so I put in english First she fries garlic ,ginger, Small pieces of onion Baked and after smashed potato Grinded egg She mixed well Then she left it cool After that she cut the brown corners and sides in bread and she kept bread ,then she keep cheese inside it then she keep bread above it then she apply tomato sauce, then she kept the stuffing which is made with potato above it and she kept bread above , I forgot to say one thing egg is optional you can do without egg and cheese also optional ,if we don't keep cheese we only want to use two breads if we use cheese we need 2 breads , another thing bread should be smashed before keeping stuffing and cheese , if you kept stuffing and cheese you pour the mixture of maida , salt and pepper with water it should be fluid neither solid nor liquid after you pour you should cover it with broken corn flakes or sliced brown area of bread after frying and broke it ,then you cover that bread with it then you fry finally the dish is ready!
