Doctor, I had heard your videos and bought my 82 year old mother who is acute diabetic. Unfortunately your hospital has some15 steps which my mother could climb. There is no lift and not even a wheelchair. They is a ramp which my mother could not manevour.Really disappointed at the lack of even the basic comforts for aged and disabled patients. Please look into this and rectify this sad state of affairs.
