Hi, Is akayka like fethiye. Is there a way to travel to akayaka and cleopatra beach from fethiye by dolmus?

Yes you can get a bus to the Marmaris roundabout on the D400 a quick taxi from there is only 10 mins max.

Cleopatra beach is Alanya too far.....unless your doing a stay over....but Akyaka is great for even a day trip
