Mu-Tron Bi-Phase

First impressions on this amazing fx pedal from the 70s.
Tested with a Roland Super JX, a Roland CR-8000 and a cello.

Really cool to see that you demoed it with a cello! In 1986, cellist and composer Arthur Russell made a great record called World of Echo that heavily used the Bi-Phase + a Deltalab Effectron II delay.

Oh that was really cool that you should an example of using it with cello too! It's pretty rare to hear a phaser with a cello I would say (at least I never saw any other KZbin video or live, doing that). Nice video, thanks for sharing! :)

Great demo! I’m curious-are you just splitting the mono signal with a Y cable to both inputs of the Bi-Phase?

thank you. I'm using a stereo splitter Y cable (1 stereo jack splits to a pair of mono jacks)
