Awesome. I lost 26kg by doing a mix of Muay Thai, resistance training and various, mostly interval, cardio. This was after a break from Muay Thai of 20 years. I’m now fighting almost every month. I really derive so much joy from Muay Thai. 🙏🏻 🇹🇭 🥊 ❤️

Loved this video. Especially getting you kid in it. Setting up a good foundation for your little one. Great job. I am in the same journey with a tkd/jui jitsu gym near my house.

Any reason u use ya Dom for Muay Thai? Im guessing just helps you breathe better during the session.. energy/stamina boost? Seems like a play I'll start using too but wanna know ur reasons

It is a herbal product made by mixing various herbs. Hong Thai is loved by all Thais and I like it too :) The effects of herbs included in Hong Thai are as follows. SUSU explained it perfectly. I love using Yadom for muay thai because it's super refreshing and feels like it's giving me a boost of energy. I feel awake or snapped back to reality when I find myself drifting because I'm so tired or out of breath.

I have been doing Muay Thai for 14 months I used to be 110kg now I'm 89 kg. My trainer wants me to get down to 85 kg but will try to be 80 kg. I feel fantastic and heaps of energy.

אני התחלתי להתאמן מואי תאי מאותה סיבה , ובשנה הראשונה ירדתי 10 קילו מ100 ל90 ואחרי זה עליתי חזרה ל100 ואני עדיין מתאמן כבר כמה שנים פעמיים בשבוע ולא מצליח לרדת במשקל
