3 Types of Techniques in Muay Boran (part 3): Skills Overview

Part 3 is all about the skills techniques comprised of the majority of our lessons in Muay Boran. This category is where practitioners learn the fundamentals of fighting which can reach up to the advanced levels. The skills techniques include the building blocks of stance, footwork, defense, striking, rolling, grabbing and ground fighting. Real time training such as live drills and sparring is conducted on a regular basis from intermediate to advance levels.
The skills techniques creates the path to becoming fight savvy in Muay Boran which can be applied in both street and sport situations.
