Hey Sean, it was kinda hard to catch the technical aspect of this. I'll try watching it again on 0.5X speed a few times to see about footwork but perhaps it could be explained more in detail. I think Chris Clodfelter does a very good job in talking about it, showing in slow mo and from different angles.

Good technique, but they aren't able to explain the details very well because of the language barrier. Another breakdown of this would be appreciated.

Also watch the hands postion as one hand pulls on the head and the other hand pushes the back close to the armpit.
