I am just getting into a weight loss routine. I am 270 and in poor shape. I just finished this workout. I feel like 270lbs of jello. Y'all would of been laughing your azz off at me. But this is something I believe I can keep up with doing.

I mostly train on my own - my timetable doesn't suit others. So, i'm very appreciative of these type of videos. A couple of things i think are missing here (1) timing - how long is each round and each exercise within the rounds, and (2) I'm sure that Sean can kick like a mule off both sides, but in the video, regardless of the commentary, he's only kicking on his left side - maybe it's an editing issue?

great content thanks. I have a hard time keeping a continuous pace with multiple punch kick combos as the bag swings I need to jab, etc. to set bag again. That looks like a very heavy bag.

Thanks needed this workout example. Turning my hip and shoulder too on round kick. 50 knee ups on bag too usually. I got my bag on a chair though cause it started damage the beam in apt lol

I dont know, when I kick my heavy bag (185cm & 60kg) it swings so hard I cant kick or teep with a rhytm it really sucks

Sean, from your perspective, what is the best way to nurse/stretch a lower back/hip impingement on one leg? My left hip is snagged and as a southpaw, I can't put any snaps into my kick. Looking for any advice.

Steven Mullenix Sit on chair and put your leg which you want to stretch on your opposite knee. The foot must be on the knee and then push your hips forward and push the stretching legs knee also down

Pigeon pose and loosening up your hips.hamstrings are key. Also consider foam rolling your IT band to alleviate pressure on your lower back and knees.

Really good drills - I just found your videos and I love them. A few 20 min heavy bag vids with combos plus kicks would be awesome. Regarding your (very nice) heavy bag blueprint; Could you consider at "digital-pack" without the dvds and book? I read too much at my work already and I don't even own a dvd player anymore, so a deal on the videos might be a good place to start for people like me? Keep up the good work - would love to come practice in Thailand.

*Some facts about Kru Muay Association* The Kru Muay Association originated from the separation of the amateur Muay Thai from the professional Muay Thai. This division pursued the goal to have Muay Thai recognized as an Olympic discipline by the International Olympic Committee (IOC). A project that has not been successful until today. The officials of professional Muay Thai would like to have nothing to do with Kru Muay. For them this club is only a necessary evil. If you take a closer look, you will notice that all the so-called traditional teachers of the Kru Muay Thai Association have simply appointed each other as teachers and are now worshipped by wealthy foreigners once a year. The whole association is very political, but has less fighting competence than an average boxer in Rajadamnern Stadium or a Buakauw (who is a Cambodian and not a Thai by the way). Despite comprehensive state support, the Kru Muay Association still has no coherent teaching concept for traditional Muay Boran and Muay Thai is still not Olympic. I find it helpful to do the workout, take a 2 min break and then repeat. Feels intense and also helps build the technique and muscle memory.
