Yes, Thai has a "unique" rhythm to it. It would be hard for foreigners to get learn it. But it does sound beautiful.

at first when i heard the girl speak in some language that sounded like gibberish to me, i thought i clicked on the wrong link. and then i looked up and clearly saw that it was 2pm w/ eng subs. THEN i realize they were on a thai show!! haha our boys are getting so popular everywhere ^^ khun must be so happy~

I wish people would stop hating on the girls. This is about 2PM so lets focus on them. I'm Thai but I don't sound like "annoying" or "disturbing" when I speak Thai and neither does every other Thai female in the would so it's really insulting even if you're only referring to the female hosts.

@linwang9816 the actual way to pronounce it is "nid-cha-khun" but koreans pronounce it "nik-khun" because when he first came to JYP, they misread his name, and the name just got stuck

In California, family moved to thailand when he was young. he came back to california for school n went to Rain Bi's concert with franz, got recruited to audition for JYP by JYP's staff members becuz they really like him n thinks he super cute so tats how he got into 2PM. iono if u already know this tho. u should look them up more!

@linwang9816 I believe the correct spelling for Khun is Nichkhun actually. I'm not sure if this spelling this differs in Thai but the romanized way to spell it is definitely 'Nichkhun'. (although I do know that some music/variety shows in Korea screw up the romanization sometimes lol)

I'm only half thai, so don't quote me on this. But a lot of Thai women speak in a very high pitch tone, because they think it attracts men. Like in Korea, how being cute is supposedly attractive.
