It is hysterical how everyone is frustrated about the claws…. Yes, they’re too long…. But we all agree that he’s a fictional character, that doesn’t exist….lol. And I love it… all of it… but if we didn’t have something to strive for, this hobby would be boring… it’s fun to see what they could do better, what they did do great, and what completely sucks lol…. Anyway, love your channel… Im a fan….

I love the claw mod. I was actually going to do the same thing. Glad to know that it looks amazing. I also bought 2 brown suits so I can have extra curved claws to give to tiger suit. Gonna have to pint a little bit it's ok.

@@nostrathomas8057 Thanks! If youre careful you may be able to release the glue holding the entire claw section in place and simply swap them about, would save the painting at least, I just didnt want to risk breaking either set of hands lol!

@@Nemesis_Prime666 Depends on the comic or media tbh, artists tend to use blue to highlight black hair. CT have gone for a very blue hair look with minimal black which im not fond of.

I wonder if Mafex will see some of these reviews and wise up and make figures that are more affordable. If they did with their quality control, they’d beat Hasbro and McFarlane…. But they need a better parent company to give them the backing to do so. I have two of these on their way. I ordered them a month ago…. And I have one “MAF” version on the way too, still hasn’t arrived either….I accidentally ordered it and when I saw your video I ordered the CT version, but i forgot that I pre-ordered the CT version even before that. Due to the holidays they still have not arrived yet… I am dying to see it…

@@GenesGems Yeah, these bootleg companies are continually proving that for little to no change in quality they can make the same figures so much cheaper, its bonkers imo. Be VERY careful with that naf one lol, its nowjere near the quality of this one! Appreciate you watching!

If you think these cheap figure hold up to mafex quality then l0l... they are god but they are $20 for a reason. For one they pay nom lisencing and for two they use much cheaper plastic with even worse qc than mafex.CT is working magic sure but their figures are $20 in hand you can tell that they are not a nearly as nice as the mafex. Great alternative tho. Still CT cannot make Mafex think they need to lower price. Also Mafex already beats Hasbro and MFarlane pissless

It's not a "wising up" situation. For one thing, up until now, Mafex is not really that much more expensive. They were around $55, for years, if you get them from japanese websites. It was funny when the video started "something i wanted for a long time" - this figure was rereleased and restocked multiple times the past year. The price of these two crappy bootlegs would have gotten him the genuine one. Original Mafex has to pay the license, the molds, the R&D, the engineering, paint, manufacturing, etc. These bootleg skip the most expensive processes. They steal/copy the original molds. The paint and finishes are visibly slopier than the original. The cost of actual Mafex isn't just slapped at random, there are reasons for it. Best to go on the mafex subreddit and learn which websites from japan people use and order your stuff from there. BBTS and american websites are the last and worst places to order figures from non american companies. They're much more expensive because they add their shipping costs, customs tax, employee pay and storage into their pricing.

@@lukesolo7930 I would personally stick to 100% silicone or silicone shock oil, you never know how some oils react to the plastic!

Yes, the paint on the head of the brown suit isnt spot on at all…. It’s odd only because the figure is so great, and everyone identifies with a good head sculpt and paint job, so why not just make sure the paint at least is a positive…? But THATS just me…..

@@GenesGems Yeah im not sure why the skin tones dont match despite ct saying they were making both figures to have swappable heads lol. Also yeah, the black tends to be sloppiest part of these figures, its a shame but the figure is still great at least!

The ko maf wolverine is garbage. I bought it because the ct was sold out the claws don't fix om the wrist you have to force them may break if you don't take the time. The head when I was trying to swap it e was so thight on the neck that the angular pin came out with the head. the box came smatch and they ship the item in a bubble wrap inside a plastic bag type of cover😂
