The advice to get good sleep helped me so much. I was hardstuck Gold 3, practicing every day and didnt understand why I didnt get better. Bjt as soon as I started sleeping 8h every night, I went from Gold 3 to Diamond 1 within a month. Please sleep enough guys.

I've been playing Valo for a few months now, and these tips help a lot! The only thing I have to say tho, is on tip #3; As a woman, it is hard to talk in lobbies bc people instantly shit on you when they hear your voice. Even when not talking but using a female character, some people have the audacity to assume you're a 'lesser human being' and they are just horrible. I've had my load of people doing disgusting grape* comments and behaviors at me, and I can't believe it's happening in 2024. So, has much as I would like to give comms and all, I always have a lot of anxiety towards it because who knows which person on the team is gonna roast me just for sounding like a woman and/or having a difficult game. I feel like, even if we progressed a lot in the video games field towards women, we still need to bring more awareness to what is happening (way too often) when we're just trying to play and have fun.

I have had a loss streak since the start of the year, and the lobbies only get harder and harder. I have been in the verge of uninstalling more than 5 times this year. I am also mad because riot lied. Think about Valorant Mobile. Supposedly it’s supposed to release on January this year. Also for the man advantage, I get in lobbies where it is a 3v5 and even a FREAKING 2V5!!! Someone help me. I will try these tips when I play again

Tip 8: (background: I've lost 9/9 ranked games this season, and am (kinda) extremely upset.) Every time I die from something dumb (pushing a close angle with an sniper...) I will yell "I suck" and I do this so much that my mom will threaten to not let me play this game if I keep negatively talking to myself. Even though I am not a terrible player, 9 games lost is making me think that I'm the reason I've lost so many games.

One of the biggest things that affect my performance is my team’s mentality. If we have a really serious team that will point out every mistake i make and yell at me for not clutching, we’re probably gonna lose, or at least I’ll do bad. On the flipside, if we have a really chill team that keep our confidence and vibe up then I’ll probably do better

In low elo if I come all they say is js stop talking and play more because agents like initiators who I use really need teamwork and in low elo all the teammates care about is the amount of kills u have it’s js so annoying

new op guide yes I watched the other one when it came out and recently and I feel like as a jett main with the "new" reduction to the dash time only being 7 seconds there is some scenarios where I cant hold as aggressive for longer so maybe some more tips on repositioning like that, and with the "new" map out sunset maybe some off angles on there or on all the other maps. Idk if it’s just me or not but more often than not when I 3 stack with my buddies we end up queued with a duo resulting in 2 separate discord call within one team leaving a gap in communication in game, even if we try to talk in game as well and discord it seems like most 2 or 3 stacks just don’t wanna talk in discord AND in game…

7:10 Even though you wanna use your util early, I see lot of people util dumping in low elo. They see attackers pushing one site and just spam all their mollies and flashes. Most util in valorant is good when combined with your team.

My number 1 tip: Buy a usable PC setup. Minimum 240 FPS with a 240 Hz Monitor. I played with an old Laptop with i7 (3rd Gen) with a GT660M and had only 20-60 FPS 😅. After buildung a new Desktop PC and 240 Hz, a lot of things changed. From Iron to Gold.

I love your advice man, a lot of the mental advice I can absolutely say to other people, he’s completely right and he knows what he’s talking ab, I’ve been slowly climbing to pro in rocket league and it felt like I hit a brick wall at one point, I had watched a video from Arsenal talking ab his mental issues and I realized my skill isn’t the problem bc in 1s I slam people much higher rank than me, it’s just my mental is horrible, I started trying to better my mental by actually going outside 😭😭 taking meds for my mental issues etc, I climbed immediately and I’m chillin now, so yeah if you know you’re doing good but you might have bad mental issues make sure you take care of that first
