for starting scale offroad... there are many choices... axial scx10 is a nice platform... and there is also rc4wd trail finder 2, rcmodelex, and many more... you can easily waterproof the electronics... or get some waterproof electronics.. :)

Love that FJ40!... Awesome camera work too.... I had a red 1974 FJ40 I restored as a teenager... My favorite vehicle of all time and it handled off-road almost as good as the one RC one here. LOL... Any idea where a person can buy similar or same as one here? Albeit I’m assuming the one here’s obviously custom or modded, etc. I build and fly racing and camera drones and know little about RC cars but obviously interested... Any idea where at least the body came from? ....I’m referring to the blue Toyota Landcruiser FJ40 here... Very cool regardless guys thanks for posting!
