hey bro I'm trying to get into diving and can't figure out the whole equalizing thing got any tips?

I recommend practicing a few times out of the water to make sure you're pushing air into the right space and then start off with some nice shallow dives to loosen everything up. If it hurts bail out of the dive. If problems persist I'd go see a gp and get a professional to have a look. Goodluck mate
