Hi, the jug WAS whole - if you replay your video you left the broken portion in the hole - so it could easily have been re-glued, even minus the handle. Happy hunting...

I was pretty much screaming that at the screen myself...we could see the piece in the hole but he couldn't...if he goes back it might still be there...

I've been there! I was fossil hunting in late September, 2019 and had a wonderful time picking up bits of ammonites and other fossils. I stayed in a lovely hotel in Lyme Regis for a couple of days and explored the town. Thankfully I was able to bring my fossils from Devon and Dorset home with me to Australia. It's my dream to get back there when international travel opens up safely. I'm not interested so much in the type of finds you love, Nicola but the fossils call to me. 🙂 ☮❤🦘🇦🇺

I feel it was nice of you to invite that olde Shiela from London to raid your beach. Those small swat bottles in Australia held BEX and ASPRO headache tablets. Olde Prospectors used them to store their alluvial gold. When full they held 3 to 3.5 ozs of gold.

Please please if you visit this site do not climb the mud banks as we did. I have been informed by a local RNLI worker that the cliffs and mud are dangerous and they have had to perform several rescues of people climbing the area in the past. Stick to the shoreline of the dump where it is safe to mudlark.

I actually have all the gear I need to film smoothly including dual stabilisation full frame DSLRs. This channel is about the finds and we have to trek to some locations that are tough going. For now it will be action cameras for this filming.
