I thought I recognised the beach and then you did the sea view shot at the end and it is indeed where I thought it was. Happy belated mums day fluer. From the states . You've raised such a lovely daughter ! My suggestion for the tusk shell ...lol. if you come accrossed any miniature elephant heads glue them on and place them on a wall in the doll house assuming the father of your victorian doll house is a proper hunter . As so many men love to brag on their hunting of Big" game . Big chuckle . Not advocating the hunting of such a beautiful animal.! But Its for make believe people. This is a humble worthy dollhouse!!! Love you all.

I have been frustrated at not seeing enough seashells on mudlarking channels. OK, today was amazing. I was frustrated again, but this time at not being able to be there with you. I could easily have used a shovel and bucket to do collecting there. I love the tusk shells. Kate, I too have looked high and low for a wentletrap. They are so scarce here on the Washington coast of America. I haven't found one in the many years of searching I have done. I hope you find one there. One of my very favorite shows! Bravo!!

Loved the shells . I collected tiny shells when living in Florida a while back . Once found a tiny living Octopus in a tiny shell. What a treat ! Let it go in a tidal pool in its shell quite near the tide line so it would not get stranded on dry shore . The cowrie shells could maybe be used as eggs in a wire basket on a table if you like . a little wire woven chicken shaped egg basket would be lovely and fun to make maybe . Thanks for sharing .
