I remember hearing this version for the first time. I didn't prefer the rock version, but then I heard the lyrics... he sounds like he's crying while singing; so much raw, real, loving emotion. Like as if God was personally singing this to you. Amazing. I now like both versions : )

Bands can really mess up songs making them acoustic... For example, The skillet song Whispers In The Dark acoustic version isn't near as good as the real song, In my opinion. This is the first acoustic Disciple song I have heard, And, They are good at recreating A song with acoustic.
