A few sleeping tips ✨ ~find a comfortable position and place to sleep ~find comfy pajamas ~relax for a bit before (reading, sitting there doing nothing, listening to lofi, meditating) ~lipbalm ~don't get distracted ~do not pick up your phone ~milk or water before bed ~dark room (with curtains or blinds closed) ~blankets, pillows and anything that makes u comfy ~leave the comments Thanks for taking the time to read this hope it helped ✨🧸 Good night ✨

Just know that it's across the entirety of KZbin and it's really horrible on their end. Day 3 of listening to these videos to help me sleep Results: it do indeed be working I usually go to sleep at 2am and wake up at 4-5 am and so far these videos have helped me fall asleep faster than usual and when I wake up randomly I’ll just restart the video and go back to sleep and it’s very nice to be able to sleep so thankssssssssssssssss ok byyeeeeeeeeeee Edit: OH YEAH AND THERES NO ADS THATS A BIG HELPFUL THING TOO Like when I try to sleep listening to music and I’m so so so close to falling asleep and then all of a sudden a fuckin Home Depot commercial starts telling me about some tape and some paint for the house I don’t even have like mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
