This is the dua written in Arabic if anyone needs it ^^ اللهم اهدنا فيمن هديت، وعافنا فيمن عافيت، وتولنا فيمن توليت، وبارك لنا فيما أعطيت، وقنا شر ما قضيت، إنك تقضي ولا يقضى عليك، إنه لا يذل من واليت ، ولايعز من عاديت ، تباركت ربنا وتعاليت. لك الحمد على ما قضيت ولك الشّكر على ما أَنعمت به وأَوليت. نستغفرك اللهم من جميع الذّنوب والخطايا ونتوب إليك. اللهم اقسم لنا من خشيتك ما تحول به بيننا وبين معصيتك، ومن طاعتك ما تبلغنا به جنتك، ومن اليقين ما تهون به علينا مصائب الدنيا، اللهم متعنا بأسماعنا، وأبصارنا، وقوتنا، ما أحييتنا، واجعله الوارث منا، واجعل ثأرنا على من ظلمنا، وانصرنا على من عادنا، ولا تجعل مصيبتنا في ديننا، ولا تجعل الدنيا أكبر همنا، ولا مبلغ علمنا، ولا تسلط علينا بذنبنا من لا يخافك فينا و لا يرحمنا. اللهم آمنا في أوطاننا وأصلح أئمتنا وولاة أمورنا. اللهم إنا نعوذ بك من البَرَصِ، والجُنُونِ، والجُذَامِ، وَ من سَيِّئِ الأسْقَامِ. اللهم ادفع عنا الغلاء والوباء والربا و الزنا والزلازل والمحن وسوء الفتن ما ظهر منها وما بطن. اللهمَّ أصلِحْ لنا ديننا الذي هو عِصمة أمرنا، وأصلِحْ لنا دُنيانا التي فيها معاشنا، وأصلِح لنا آخرتنا التي إليها معادنا و اجعل الحياة زيادةً لنا في كل خير، والموت راحةً لنا من كلِّ شرٍّ. اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّا نسْأَلُكَ مِنَ الْخَيْرِ كُلِّهِ: عَاجِلِهِ وَآجِلِهِ، مَا عَلِمْنا مِنْهُ وَمَا لَمْ نعْلَمْ، وَنعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الشَّرِّ كُلِّهِ عَاجِلِهِ وَآجِلِهِ، مَا عَلِمْنا مِنْهُ وَمَا لَمْ نعْلَمْ. اللهم انصر المستضعفين في كل مكان. اللهم انصر المظلومين في كل مكان.اللهم انصر الذين أخرجوا من ديارهم بغير حق الا ان يقولو ربنا الله. اللهم انصرهم اينما كانو يا قوي يا عزيز. يا جبار السماوات و الارض. يا صاحب كل نجوى و يا منتهى كل شكوى. اللهم اشفِ مرضانا ومرضى المسلمين و ارحم موتانا وموتى المسلمين. اللهم اغفر لجميع موتى المسلمين الذين شهدوا لك بالوحدانية ولنبيك بالرسالة وماتوا علىٰ ذلك. اللهم اغفر لهم وارحمهم وعافهم واعفوا عنهم وأكرم نزلهم ووسع مدخلهم واغسلهم بالماء والثلج والبرد ونقهم من الذنوب والخطايا كما ينقى الثوب الأبيض من الدنس. اللهم ارحمنا اذا صرنا الى ما صارو اليه. اللهم اغفر لنا في ليلتنا هذه أجمعين. اللهم انك عفو تحب العفو فاعف عنا. اللهم تقبل منا صيامنا ، وصلاتنا ، وقيامنا، وركوعنا وسجودنا، و قراءتنا للقرآن العظيم الذي لا يأتيه الباطل من بين يديه و لا من خلفه تنزيل من حكيم حميد. اللهم اجعلنا من أهل القرآن الذين هم أهلك وخاصتك برحمتك يا أرحم الراحمين. اللَّهُمَّ إِنِا نسْأَلُكَ الهُدَى، وَالتُّقَى، وَالعفَافَ، والغنَى. اللَّهُمَّ إِنِا نسْأَلُكَ الصحة، وَالعفة، وَالأمانة. اللهم أَرِنا الحق حقاً وارزقنا اتباعه، وأرِنا الباطل باطلاً وارزقنا اجتنابه. اللهم حبب إلينا الإيمان وزينه في قلوبنا، وكره إلينا الكفر والفسوق والعصيان، واجعلنا من الراشدين. رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ وَاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا. ربنا اغفر لنا ذنوبنا وإسرافنا في أمرنا وثبت أقدامنا وانصرنا على القوم الكافرين. ربنا اغفر لنا ولإخواننا الذين سبقونا بالإيمان ولا تجعل في قلوبنا غلا للذين آمنوا ربنا إنك رءوف رحيم. رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ. ربنا تقبل منا انك أنت السميع العليم و تب علينا انك أنت التواب الرحيم. اللهم إنا نعوذ برضاك من سخطك، وبمعافاتك من عقوبتك، و بك منك لا نحصي ثناء عليك أنت كما أثنيت على نفسك. اللهم صلي على محمد و على اله و صحبه أجمعين.

These are a collection of duaas read one after another. Many of them were said by our prophet mohamed (Pbuh), and some of them are from the Qur’an. You recognized duaa Qunoot, which is the first duaa. The other duaas that came after it are not extentions of it but separate duaas. I hope this answer helps you 😊

There is no god but He - the Living, the Self-subsisting, Eternal. No slumber can seize Him nor Sleep. His are all things in the heavens and on earth. Who is there that can intercede in His presence except as he permitteth? He knoweth what (appeareth to His creatures As) Before or After or Behind them. Nor shall they compass aught of His knowledge except as He willeth. His throne doth extend over the heavens and on earth, and He feeleth no fatigue in guarding and preserving them, For He is the Most High, the Supreme (in glory).✨️🍁🍒🍒🍒🦋🕊
