If you mean takbeer as in saying “Allahu Akbar” then yes, you do it at every change in movement of the prayer except coming out of ruku, in which you say “sami allahu liman hamidah”. The reason for this is for the imam to let the other people praying know that he has gone into the next step of prayer. If he was silent the whole time while people are looking down, they wouldn’t know when to move on except by looking at him which isn’t always possible.

Aeman Tahir Oh okay I understand, for that I am probably not qualified to answer... but personally that is how I’ve been taught how to pray and I do believe that it is the correct way that Muhammad (PBUH) prayed so it is best to do it as well even if it may not be absolutely required. And allah knows best.

As salamu alaykum. It is possibly because the last ayat of Surah Alaq has a Sajdah-Tilawah and hence he wanted to avoid this. This is totally permitted and correct to do so.

Salaam,He said Maalik Yawmiddeen (slitely long on Maalik) not Malik But both are correct according to all four Imam's,for your information there are seven different styles to read the Qur'an .Allah grant us understanding. Ameen
