Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1187 Thawban narrated that : The Messenger of Allah said: "Whichever woman seeks a Khul from her husband without harm (cause), then the scent of Paradise will be unlawful for her."

Mufti Tariq was referring Khula which is given by current court system and misuse of it and you are referring Hadith for Khula in general... try to understand the masla first.. awain he na laga raha karo...
