@@Religon-n6 Buy the Quran with 3 columns: Arabic with both Urdu and English translations (or as per your convenience). It will be easy to memorize when you have side by side translations... Buy: "The noble Quran, translation by Dr. Muhamad Muhsin Khan and Dr. Muhamad Taqi-ud-Din Al-Hilali." Follow these steps for memorizing: 1) Start with a particular Surah. First read the whole Surah (with translation), repeatedly to get the flow. 2) Now start reading the Aayats (3/4/5/1 page as you wish) repeatedly... 3) Try to recite those Aayats in Salah, while walking, traveling... 4) Come back next day and check the mistakes or where you got stuck.. 5) Proceed with next no. of Aayats. Keep on revising previous along with next. 6) Once you complete the whole Surah, start reminding the whole Surah. Recite in Sunnahs/Nawafils even if you get stuck, this why it will get perfect.. Notes: 🗒 1) Translation acts as a storyline, which will tell/help you what should be the next Aayat. 2) It may take days, months, year...don't worry, do whenever you get time...But at least make Niyat/wish that I will memorize Quran before death... 3) Make list of Surahs you wanna memorize, in notes... 4) When you complete the whole Surah, you still may get stuck while reminding/reciting. Don't worry, you won't be perfect at first but after completing the whole Surah (in sets of Aayats), now you can start following the steps i mentioned for the whole Surah. 5) Once you start next Surahs, don't forget to revise previous (keep on reciting in Salah, walking, traveling..) 6) You don't have to be perfect in translation. 7) You can roughly memorize at first by following the steps, then it will be perfect/complete when you target complete Surah. 8) It's like you focus on sets of Aayats at first, and lastly combine all those sets of Aayats." There's a Hadith, in which Prophet Muhammad SAW says "Quran runs away just like a camel when it's rope is not tied." So keep revising the Memorized Surahs…
