Myself as a doctor can really appreciate this interview with this legend. He has clear signs of Parkinson's disease at this stage and yet he is so beautifully holding his expressions and flow of speech in the midst of a poor memory, emotional lability and rigidity. He takes ample time to recollect and many times he is adjusting the vocabulary with replaced memories without people realising. Hats off to this great legend. The interviewer although young and naive has too displayed great maturity in terms of listening with patience and letting the legend take his time to complete a sentence. The narration about Prithviraj Kapoor touched his heart as it has a link with his birth place of Peshawar. Feast to eyes and ears.

II am a medical doctor. After qualifying I lived and worked in National Health Service, UK all my life. In 38 years career I saw and diagnosed two cases of Parkinson's disease. A doctor see only 1 or 2 cases in his entire professional career. In this interview Dilip Kumar shows no signs of Parkinson's disease. In his 90s he develop dementia and Prostate cancer from which he died. This is according to obituary published in The Times newspaper of London. Thank you.

Imtiaz Azeem Sahab ke interview mein koyee kami nahi thi, Dilip ki shakhsiyat itni bhari hai ki uska ehtram kiya imtiaz bhai ne. Waise bhi is daur buzurg bahut hawi rehte they. Mere dada Dilip Shab se 2-3 Saal chote they aur pichle saal intiqaal kiya. Lekin kya ghazab tha unka. Chadi, sherwani, paandan ughaldan, mere doston ne unka naam mughaleazam hi rakha hua tha. 🤣 Purane bahut dara ke rakhtey they bacho ko .

Mughale Azam, masterpiece of all time indeed, best acing, best music, best lyrics and best dialogues. Certain individuals and Indian cheap media tried their best to discourage the fame of this masterpiece of Bollywood but never succeeded. No film can come close to even one song or one scene of the masterpiece. After 60 years it’s still unparrelel, no match, even the costumes and the war scenes.
