MUGEN AI Patch Release: Asuka by Camren Springer

Hey everyone, back with another AI patch! This time for Camren Springer's Asuka, I noticed that this character got a very low rating on SpriteClub and I kinda wanted to see if she had any hidden potential. When looking at her, its not too hard to see why she ended up so low as she has below average damage, moves that don't connect properly as opponents can tech out of them in the middle of the attack (or are just plain bad in the case of Shadow Tempest), and is generally quite limited in what she can do.
Despite that, I kinda wanted to patch her just to see how far I could push her, surprisingly she isn't terrible like her weaknesses would suggest and can keep up with a fair amount of characters, although don't expect anything too crazy.
