Well.. uhh usually GAARA is the GM of HEAT since he, Kankuro and Temari are in charge for both Men's and Women's locker rooms assisting the GM. Matthew is still the "Commissioner" of SmackDown I'd thank Gaara for the bookings though if I was you. So far, good to see Shadow complete his debut and has not missed a beat. Happy to see the trade was successful though and showing why Shadow could be a legit threat on HEAT and teach the newbies a lesson or two.
