Mugen: Optimus Prime edit released

As you can see I decided to edit Varia31's Optimus Prime, because not only do I like Transformers, but this character is well made imo, but I feel like some of his flaws hold him back, and he also lacks an ai, but I can't do anything about that, as I don't know how to code that, but if anyone else would like to give it a go then I certainly wouldn't object. Anyways, my main main goal was to buff this character, no completely new moves were added as I feel like he's pretty much perfect as far as moveset goes.
