Damn, that was probably the best Street Fighter match I ever saw, and Capcom didn't have anything to do with it other than the original designs. The developers of the many Mugen projects are very talented animators and developers. Where can I download Mugen?

@@Xfactor84 in the USA SF2, the order was Balrog, Vega, Sagat, then M Bison. (In USA the names were swapped of the first and last bosses. Boxer was M Bison.... Was a name rip of M Tyson the boxer).

How to make a mugen character: get one from street fighter or something, add envshake to every single attack, add exaggerated hitsparks, add something like "god" or "supreme" in the name, change the stance a little to make it look different. Thats it, you made a character that will be downloaded much more than an original one, or other characters that aren't cheap.
