How you get a Private Character I Never Had a Private Character like universe marshall But I sorry your old laptop is broken But I only asking

You have to ask the author of the private character for permission or from someone else who has the character, but you have to be trustworthy enough to have them. I managed to get universe marshall again but i don't plan on giving him to just anyone.
