still think whoever made this sagat needs to fix his code. he should not be able to counter his way out of a super while taking damage from the super. that makes it so that he can escape any multi-hit super or combo as long as it gives him enough energy to build a bar. this is like rewarding someone for being punished. look at kzbin.info/www/bejne/aofZiquJbJWZn80 - how did he manage to counter WHILE GETTING HIT and without a full bar? answer - he was coded to pull off EXes and counters without little to no bar. this isnt good AI - this is cheap tricks provided by coding. without it he would have a lost every match
