I"ve said this to you personally before, but I'll do it again: The writing feels different from the classic Mugman writing from nearly 10 years ago, but in a good way You fully embraced the simplicity, innocence and _whimsy_ of Mugman as a character, and I believe it's the right direction for the character, when previous attempts at redesigning and reinventing the character just didn't quite work out, I'm glad you've found peace again with what essentially is a childhood creation/dream that prospered

As someone who used to watch Mugman back in 2016 it's genuinely really cool seeing this series return properly after many years of turbulence I think you went in the right direction with the crude drawings and backgrounds, since that's what Mugman used to be Though I enjoyed those years without consistency, it was fun seeing all the little experiments of what worked and what didn't with Mugman

Mugman's return was definitely unexpected, but absolutely welcomed!! Cartoon came out great, loved how it embraced the simplicity of the original 2014-2016 cartoons while also being a bit more polished. The cat's voice was hilarious.

This is a really good short and i’m so glad mugman is back in yet another funny episode. My only gripe is how sunshine is drawn and animated more realistically compared to how he was a bit more cartoony in the other previous shorts. Otherwise, a great episode nonetheless!

Actually, no. Jacob came up with it first. Plus, this was 4 years before Cuphead came out, and I don't think MDHR ever had knowledge of Jacob's Mugman so it was all a coincidence.
