i cant express my thought in 1 comment here another comment .. u really done a good job. how magnificently you described every problem and its solution sounds so professional // i couldn't even believe that you are a beginner,, master pro really helped a lot can you help me i dont feel like studying at night i feel worn out and tired should i take exercise at night or breathing tips .. or shower .. i get proper sleep but still i dont get the energy at night for self studying

খুব বেশি কম্ফোর্টেবল পজিশনে শোয়াটা একটা বড় কারণ হতে পারে। বিছানায় না গিয়ে সোফা বা টেবিলে মাথা রেখে ন্যাপ নিয়ে দেখতে পারেন। আর সময়টা কমিয়ে কমিয়ে দেখতে পারেন। যেন ডীপ স্লিপে চলে না যান।
