An Arabian milk pudding is a light and creamy milk pudding topped with thickened fruit syrup, garnished with chopped dry fruits, and served cold.
This simple Lebanese/ Arabic Milk Pudding, also known as Mahalabia is so easy and quick to make.
Mahalabia, also known as Muhallebi, Muhalabia, Mhalabia, Mahalebi, Mohallabiah, or Muhallabiyeh is a popular Middle Eastern milk pudding made with milk, cornflour, sugar, and flavored with rose water.
Only with very few ingredients and 15-20 minutes of time, you can make a sweet treat. Garnish with your favorite crushed nuts and serve them for dessert.
