Two iconic sporting legends. Ali- The Greatest. Henry Cooper- a very talented boxer with a ferocious left hook- an absolute gentleman. These men are greatly missed and much loved. RIP Gents.......

2 of boxing's all times great! Both of them deserved the success they had in life and were both gentleman outside of the ring despite the fights and trash talk they had in the ring. Its an absolute honour to have grown up in the same town as Henry cooper did.

monstahz I love what Ali said about Cooper: “Henry Cooper hit me so hard it jarred my kinfolk back in Africa!” Ali gave credit where it was due!

I love Cooper, a real chirpy London lad, full of smiles and good common sense talk. This video so reminds me of Moore and Pele hugging after the 1970 mexico game. Colour, what colour??? Who cares if you're black or white? It didn't matter to these gentlemen. God be with you brother Henry, RIP.

BOTH GREAT GREAT SPORTS MEN SIR HENRRY COOPER ONE OF THE BEST MET HIM SPENT A DAY WITH HIM WHAT AN HONOUR THAT DAY WAS NEVER MET MUHAMID BUT WHAT I HAVE SEEN OVER TIME ANOTHER GREAT GENTLEMAN WHO'S TRUE PERSONALITY CAME TO LIGHT IN LATER YEARS BOTH SADLY MISSED !!
@rainstormz2813 жыл бұрын
There will never be another Muhammad Ali, he was and still is the greatest. No one had his moves for his size and weight, no one beside Sugar Ray Robinson had his pure natural boxing ability, behind all the bragging and flash was a decent, good man....Cooper shows class in this film and was a great athlete as well.

I have just seen this video and my estimation of Henry Cooper has gone through the roof. I grew up in London and I remember the first fight as though it were yesterday. Two great champions as well as two great men! RIP the both of you. True legends of boxing.

Henry Cooper had the most wicked left hook. Not the most powerful, but the most wicked in that his opponents didnt see it coming! It always remained a pity that 'Enerys eyes would cut up in a strong breeze!

This meeting shows Henry Cooper victorious. Hie retained his health, speech, and coordination. Not incentivized by wins to continue beyond your years proves a blessing in disguise.

Can tell you that I watched this fight when still at school. Clay was lucky that the way the count went saved his ass. Harry Carpenter was ecstatic!! Henry Cooper always had a problem with his eyes, otherwise he might well have been World Champion. Great days!!
