Muhammad Ali has been one of the most brilliant and benevolent people ever to walk the Earth. I've loved him since I was a little kid in the 70s. Nobody ever won the Heavyweight title three separate times. I've often said that if he'd chosen to pursue any endeavor other than boxing as a kid, the world would still know his name. A rare few are destined for greatness, no matter what. His fans should all be grateful to the kid who stole his bike (which made him take up boxing)!

He still has the eyes of a child. Thankyou for sharing this video, another one of my childhood heros. An inspiration and living legend. It was interesting back in the 60's, because he loved himself (self love was frowned upon), boxing and humanity, has this open-ness about his opinions and could see how other people laughed. But Ali didn't give up. For me, I saw a huge heart, it was magic to listen to what he had to say.

Wow! Ali's courage, confidence, & humanity is why he's "THE GREATEST" in my book. I can't even imagine what America would be like if Ali never lived; or, the black struggle in America if he weren't born unto us. In a day & age when black leaders were murdered for challenging the system, Ali survived & wasn't scared to say that as a man denied freedom in the US he wouldn't fight for it abroad. To give up everything , when all he had to do was step forward, fight a few exhibitions, make some appearances, and go about his career would have been the easy road to walk, he took the hard way, and fought for his beliefs, thats what this country was founded on.
