No one no religious leader has ever explained this ever before. How talaq takes place and the length of time it takes has been clarified in this lecture with evidence of Allahs signs/Ayaat. We’ve just been told talaaq is said 3 times and the divorce is valid. Allah is the most merciful and the all knowing! Iddah means counting, the 3 month period or 3 menstrual cycles (in which case the waiting time can differ slightly) this is the time over which a divorce takes place, the 3 readings, unless the woman is expecting a child in that case the couple need to wait until the child is born. Within this time Allah has given the couple time to reconcile their relationship/marriage if they choose to. If you are making corrections in the sight of Allah, He will remove the evil from, same goes for a couple, if one partner is doing hard work in correcting himself / herself, Allah he separate the other who is not involved in earning good in the nearness of Allah.

Marriage in Islam is considered a great responsibility, a very delicate yet wonderful relationship, committed between two consenting adults, done the way it is supposed to be done, the married people then do what the Quran tells them to do, then only it can be a successful relationship, without respecting each other, without sacrificing, without love, without honesty, no marriage can work. Allah aur rasool aik nahi balkay alehda shakhsiyat hain lekin shakhsiyat ke hisaab se nahi balkay insaan ki hadaiyat aur taleem ke lehaaz se dono mein koi tafreeq nahi . Allah aur rasool ke darmiyan farq karne se mana kya gaya hai kyunkay rasool ka qoul is ka apna nahi balkay Allah hi ka kalaam hai aur rasool ki itaat barabar hai Allah ki itaat ke . isi liye Allah ki ayaat ki rooh ko chhupanay walay rasool ko Allah se farq karkay quran ko Allah aur deegar baton, aqval, nazriaat waghera ko rasool se mansoob karkay gumraahi, confusion aur tafarruqa ka baais bantay hain jis ki pehchan ne Allah ki aayat se karade .

summary of this part of the lecture is... Quran is an instructional guide for believing men and women only. If you don’t take guidance from it then it is better you follow the law of the land to seek divorce. Normally in the muslim world people don’t know who to marry. A believing man should always seek a believing practicing wife and vice versa. Then they don’t know their duties as a believing husband and wife. They should always be submitting to the will of Allah and not their own vain desires. Islam is the only religion where divorce is permissible under certain conditions. “Khula” is a term used in the world to describe a situation where the wife takes a divorce it is not a Quranic word though. Talaq is the Arabic term used in Quran when a husband divorces his wife or she takes it. The woman may ask for divorce but it is always the man who gives it. Prerequisites / wajoohat where a divorce can take place: 1. If the woman prefers the worldly life and its adornments instead of the way of Allah then the husband should let her go. (33:28) Vice versa for believing women(60:10) 2. If the believing husband establishes that she is a non believer. Vice versa 60:10 3. If the believing husband cannot reproduce /have children with his believing wife then she can go or he can leave her (optional if she wants to stay) 33:49 4. If the believing husband disappears then she can remarry if she wants. 2:226 In any of these conditions the process should be a graceful separation no fighting and defaming each other especially if you have children together.

If a man is of a bad character, as a general rule he will chose a bad character wife for himself. When we do Nikkah after Allah has shown some light via His ayahs, we will look for a partner who is competed to doing corrections. If a liberal person will look for a wife, he will end up with a liberal woman. good for good, bad for bad.
