Allahu Akbar, wow! I just realized that with 3 Arabic letters, you can easily form multiple words. Jazakallahu khairan, Shaykh! Now I know the difference and how rich, yet not hard, the Arabic language is. I’m ready to switch my mindset.

Ye, learning Arabic vocab is pretty easy. Its mainly the grammar where i struggle. But for the most part, i can understand most books despite my limited understanding of grammar, due to context

@sam34315 you have to read books and articles a lot. You can use chatgpt as well to give you synonyms of words you already know.

Thank you so much brother. I actually had this realization not long ago and it just gave me more motivation to keep on going. It's just about patterns, and then the rest just comes intuitively. Those kind of videos are gems for those who are trying to learn Arabic. Keep on going. جزاكم الله خيرا

I’ve always wanted to learn the Arabic that was spoken during the time of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. However, it’s a challenge for me because I have dyslexia and I struggle with learning in general

Your perseverance in learning Arabic for the sake of understanding the Qur’an, the Prophet’s language, and the deen is truly admirable. The hadith about struggling with the Qur’an applies for you 💚 The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, ‘The one who recites the Qur’an and struggles with it, finding it difficult, will have two rewards’ (Sahih Bukhari & Muslim). Similarly, your effort to learn the language with such a noble intention will, inshaAllah, be highly rewarded. Allah values the struggle and sincerity behind the effort. Keep going, and may Allah make it easy for you!

AssalamuAlaikum Ustadh. I can't wait when I come to that point where I feel its easy. I would love to experience that really. In Shaa Allah. But its not that I can pinpoint that the language is difficult to study. I havent given it a fair share with focus. You must be focused to get it. Its really hard when one has to deal with so many other life challenges. Subhanallah you really have come a long way. It is very admiral.

Where can I found these 4000 words to memorise
@tsmeggroll3693
@tsmeggroll3693 5 күн бұрын
go through bayna yadayk and jot down all the forms of the words that you find. For eg, if you find "kataba", write down its present tense, its command, masdar, fail, maf'ool and mug it up! Do the same for nouns, for eg, if u find "kitaab", write down its plural and mug it up! This way u can get a lot of vocabs just from finishing the bayna yadayk series! Once u finish bayna yadayk, go through other similar books and keep learning InshaAllah and you wont believe where you will be at the end of 2025 by the permission of Allah

There isn't 12 million words in arabic language. The source of the claim is معجم عجائب اللغة by Shawqi Hamadah. He calculated the number of possible roots (so possible combinations of letters in accordance with the rules of Arabic grammar). The more correct number is around 150,000 words. The Arabic language is the one of the most eloquent and concise languages meaning you can say a LOT of meaning with very little words used. Thats what makes arabic special and of the wisdoms as to why Allah revealed the Qur'an in Arabic (among others reasons).
