Hi ratan It is actually thepala just used little curd while you make dough instead of water And yhe cabbage is called SAMBHARA you can use papita raw or carrot also in it.. Have thepla with curd or riata.. Awsome..taste.. Good job ..

Mamaji is absolutely correct. When ghee comes in contact with heat it changes it’s properties. That’s why always put ghee once your remove from tava. Mamaji is soooo cool

Kisi bhi parathe ke dough mein thodasa dahi add Karne se parathe der tak soft rehte hai aur tasty bhi bante hain.in absence of dahi u can add little besan even tht makes them soft.

Even we don't have a helper since one week..but I have noticed most helpers want good salary but don't want to do their duty properly..they are not loyal like in olden days and they lie all the time about family matters... we have literally caught them lying..BUT again let me not be judgemental here but only saying yeh unka Zamana Hai..aajkal hum log tolerate karte hai unhe even though we treat them like family and give them treats from timw to time..they know how to take advantage by studying habits of people they work with..I'm glad to be doing the work myself..feel proud not to be dependent completely on them..
