Try my fried maggi recipe- Add ghee in kadhai then add onion and green chilli and a little bit of salt and turmeric. Now, add 5₹ magic masala sache. Add ¼ milk and rest of the water then add 2 packets of maggi and then add maggi taste makers [masala]. Let it cook a little bit and then add ghee and cook it completely. At the end, add dhania and a little bit of kasoori methi.🤤🤤🤤 Recipe will sound wierd but My mouth is watering....

Here are some tips from my side to get things better. You may choose either of them. Tip1: Add the masala on the boiling water before the noodles Tip2: Add a pinch of salt and chilli flakes as required Tip3: Squeeze a tomato or grate it in the maggi Tip4: Add a bit of butter into it (gives flavour as well as a bit salt) Tip5: Finely chop coriander leaves and let it boil along with it. It tastes yummm. Tip6: Use exact amout of water mentioned and make it in a non stick sauce pan. (I would suggest adding a pinch of salt in all cases)

It's ok if you don't like maggi it's just a personal choice and I think you should try switching to ramen And try adding more spices ,salt ,sauces and veggies in Maggi.....
