How funny the husband thought that he would be the only one enjoying the open marriage. He sure didn't complain when he was out sleeping with as many random women as he wanted. All the while he thought his wife wouldnt stray and just wait around like a door mat. He didn't want her until someone else wanted her. Now he realizes that she is actually human and also needs intimacy. She found someone that gave to her what her husband was too selfish to give . He stopped valuing her as a women so when she played into his game he couldn't bare to see her win. She found her happiness and he wants to snatch it back from her. I do not and will not ever see an open marriage as an option. I think its best to end things. Now that her husband is feeling threatend he wants to end the agreement. He didnt even touch her for 5 years. That would've hurt any women....he damaged his wife's love for him. And she is ready to divorce on account of realizing that he only wants to be with her just to keep his bed warm, his meals cooked, his laundry washed, and his children cared for. He truely doesnt want her. He started this so he should have been wise. Sometimes you need to be careful what you wish for.

For the first one NTA bc the parent is just trying to protect their kid from their parents and doesn’t what their daughter and her boyfriend to get hurt. The parent is actually doing the right thing by warning their daughter. And for the fact that they live in a racist place we dont know the rest of the story and these kinds of things can be out of one’s control to change (spouse, family, financial status, etc.)

bruh op literally said that the people in their community don't approve of interracial relationships how on earth is that not racist

@@tatertots8361 well TECHNICALLY, it’s not OP’s mom or parents so that isn’t a key detail, but i understand what you mean

@@skyp2358 i mean i feel like it's kinda important context though. op seems pretty ok with the fact that people in their neighborhood are pretty blatantly racist.

First law you are a good parent your daughter don’t understand that her grandparents well act up because they are racist and your daughters boyfriend might break up with her because her grandparents are racist and you need to teach your daughter the world that we live in and I’m not saying you’re a bad parent you’re a good parent

1. She was trying to protect her and I get that but yeah maybe it's time to make some tough discussions and cut off some people or even move.

For the first one what in the actual caucacity- like 1. you're treating your daughters relationship like a fling and 2. you're prioritizing your parents sensitive white asses over your daughters feelings

They said they were completely okay with their daughter's relationship. But the grandparents weren't. If they(daughter and her bf) met their grandparents the grandparents would probably talk shit that would hurt the daughter and her bf. The situation will only be worse. What is the parent supposed to do at this point? Not meeting them is the only way they won't be hurt.
@tatertots83612 жыл бұрын
@@Peach0023 I understand all that, but I think the decision should be left up to the daughter and her boyfriend. Also, just because someone says they're ok with something doesn’t necessarily mean they actually are, and I was really getting the vibe that the parent didn't see their daughters relationship as a valid one.

Actually i have seen so many marriage break just before the night of the marriage one or two of the couple's were to gather for more than 6 years and it broke so...it actually can break without calling a relationship being a fling

Idk the open marriage thing is just rubbing me the wrong way I honestly think you have become like your husband you love your husband but you want more and thats what your husband wanted at the beginning to but he thought you couldn't bring yourself to sleep with someone else
