Ten years after representing Uganda in the East African Legislative Assembly, Fred Mukasa Mbidde has packed his bags to return home. Mbidde has been a vibrant and outspoken orator in the regional assembly and is proud that he helped shape the debate on the integration agenda in parliament that is based in Arusha, Tanzania.
