Salmon fish head is good when seasoned well you have to add a little more seasoning than the regular salmon slices whether you cook it in the oven or on top of the stove add some extra olive oil as much as you want and also some butter and if you like spicy food that's even better but you have to be a person that loves any kind of fish head if you're not then it won't work also I saw someone commented it's better to cut the salmon head in half 😊😊😊😊😊😊

As a native from west coast Canada. Salmon was somthing I always ate. Fish head is my favorite thing to eat. Me and my grandma would eat the spring salmon heads all the time. The eyes are my favorite part lol. All I used was salt and pepper to season it.
