I understand that feeling, I’m Portuguese 🇵🇹 and I live in HONG KONG 34 years. And every time I go to Portugal and I eat Portuguese food , is like I’m in heaven. If is cooked by your family is even more delicious . SAUDADES DE POTUGAL!!

Obisan this was a great video. The food looks good. I can’t eat the beans but Ponmo should have been cooked longer. It can be cooked until tender. What type of sauce was over the rice? It also had Palm oil in it. It looked delicious. Everyone enjoy your day.

It is Ofe Akwu (Ibo tribe call it this and it is very delicious). It is Banga Stew as the title of the video suggests and it is prepared differently with different seasonings and spices from the soup version. If you search for it on KZbin, you will see lots of recipes. Depending on where you are in the world, Scent leaves (Efirin), Locust beans and Okpei (fermented castor seed) might be difficult to find. For the scent leaves you can try Basil and/or Parsley.
