Di indonesia nurungji itu "RENGGINANG" karena terbuat dari beras ketan. Biasanya untuk camilan, rasanya gurih dan kriuk kriuk 😍

in madura(one of islands in indonesia),fried nurungji is called cangkaro'(cangkarok).but in granular form.since long ago, it was usually eaten as a snack.cangkarok is made from rice crust and some is made from dried rice. there is a snack similar to it called rengginang. Rengginang is made from glutinous rice which is cooked and then shaped. after that it is dried and fried like in your video.
