@ I season it. I am hispanic and Thai so I got both cultures that eat raw shrimp. Raw shrimp ceviche is my favorite! They put lemon in it and it kind of "cooks" the shrimp. And another dish is called Larb, "spicy meat salad" it has diced vegetables, you eat it with sticky rice and whatever extra sides you want (cucumbers, chili peppers, ect) . Larb is made with cook or raw beef but you can make with cook or raw shrimp. Thank you for asking, I know its odd to see people eat food you normally eat cook or don't think about eating
