Damm ,I’m late 🤩😁🙌 I’m the same as you with cartilage.something about it,that as swn as it’s inside my mouth something comes over me (chills and an incoming empty heave lol) Although I’ve cooked brisket several times and no matter if it’s six hours ,I never find the tenderness I’m after when I want to eat beef. I’m saying that,I used a different cut of beef a few days ago and I made beef enchiladas. Wow vartan,ooofffff ... just finished fish and chips for a change here- it didn’t touch the sides...and the.
