Cheese curds are similar to the Coalho cheese from the northeast from brazil, has the same rubbery texture but a little more salty, they consume cutting a thick slice, about 3 to 5cm and grill the cheese.

You're lucky, Ken, I've broken my collarbone 4 times. Hurts like all get out. And the doctor, got behind me, put his hands on my shoulders and pulled backwards, snapping the bone back in place. I screamed like the little girl I was! Hope your son heals quickly!

poutine cheese curd is usualy made from mild cheddar cheese curds so it compares to mild cheddar, except that it hasnt been pressed into a brick yet. If you can get daily fresh mild cheddar, it'll be what's the closest to our cheese curds.

Having four sons who all played some sport or another, we were lucky in that we never had any broken bones or major injuries. some concussions along the way (soccer goalie and lacrosse player), but nothing else. Couple days late in watching this, and I must admit, I have never had poutine, but living in the US, hard to come by and I'm not sure it would compare to yours! Must admit the pierogi poutine sounds good!

Played varsity basketball and got hurt 3 times. High ankle sprain, bruised wrist and broken finger. Also played football years back and broke my wrist. I was out 8 weeks with my broken wrist, 6 weeks with my high ankle sprain, bruised wrist was 2 weeks and broken finger was 3 weeks. When you get hurt, don't be sad about it. It is frustrating but if you do rehab just know everyday it feels a little better. Best wishes to Ben!

The only way to watch one of your Mukbang Monday videos is to eat something as I do it. So I am eating something very common &here - Indo-Chinese chilli chicken with roti/chappathi. Chilli chicken is one of the most popular dishes that people here eat when they go out. With roti, porotta, fried rice or noodles and some are really spicy.

personally living in iowa, i've not had much of a chance to try Poutine, at least nothing but the instant powdered gravy mix type, and i'd rather try something a little more authentic than salty gravy mix. that being said, i like how versatile Poutine can be, though i know you are more of a purist with Poutine, like many Canadians are, i prefer the variety and versatility, in fact all my top 5 fave foods are versatile as can be, so Poutine could very well join my elite faves once i go to a Smoke's Poutinerie one day.
