Ya fr wo mail pr user ko btayega exception ke bare me ki ye data missing hai ya incorrect hai? Please ye doubt mera clear kijiye

Abhi sirf excel me add kar rha hai kyunki agar transactions zyada honge to business user ko bahut saare mails jayenge which is not good isliye updating in excel . Depending on project requirements, agar chakiye mail to we just send mail

ek question tha, humne mail ko processed folder me move kiya hain, agar har 15 min baad chalega aur next time use main subject wala mail inbox me nahi milega toh process atak jayega na?
